I was just unjustly banned from the TKC 24/7 atacama server for no apparent reason by JackSpade about 10 mins ago. (8:15 PM CST)

Two griefers and team killers by the names of BLU3RANG3R and ItsTricky were consistently using CGs to blow up our team's heli and then blaming it on other people, and when they got in the heli they would fly it out of bounds to kill the gunner.

I was the one that asked JackSpade to kick these two TKers.

Even when I was standing right in front of JackSpade not moving or shooting at all for several minutes, ItsTricky and BLU3RANGER kept saying "OMG HE JUST BLEW IT UP AGAIN" "OMG STOP GRIEFING" etc. just to try to get me kicked because I called them out as being griefers and TKers.

Other players like (BNB)Scorpion and [[FAIL]]Superb01 agreed that it was BLU3RANG3R and ItsTricky just lying about me. Superb01 even pointed out that it was BLU3RANG3R who was parking the tank on the heli pad in the previous round.

Clearly my server stats show that I'm a good player, not a griefer. I'm ranked ~300th on the server out of tens of thousands with a 2.2+ KDR. JackSpade just listened to the 2 lying trolls and banned the wrong person here.

Unban me, ban the bad guys, and in the future don't listen to people that are shooting our own helis and TKing when they tell you who to ban.

well if you feel you have been wronged than if the admins to the server might unban you but i will just tell you that its tricky is been shown destroying assets so i think you will get reinstated

I recognize your name, T.B. and I know you're a fair player. I don't even think Jack has admin powers to be honest, I could be wrong though, so I don't know who banned you. One of the clan leaders will have to unban you, as I am an admin myself but I only have ingame command access. Also, the other players you named were already reported by one of our other members and they will be taken care of. Thank you for reporting them to us.

I have notified the appropriate clan leader to look into this.

anyways, ItsTricky must be banned. hes been repeatedly doing this, and has been warned at least 5 times.

Jackspade can you please chime in on this. T.B. I was the one that banned you per Jackspades request. I may have mis-interpreted Jackspades request, and if this is the case I will definitely un-ban you, and apologize up front if that is the case. Jackspade, please comment soonest so we can take care of this.
