Banning for no reason

Wow, are we seriously talking about this? It is a issue that should be raised but s it going to be this deep? I dont know why Dont Hurt Me lifted his first ban and Im not going to be a judge on that. There are other people for that job.

If a person has been mocking people earlier in the day, and was warned, and then he continued to do it although to another person, the offender should be banned. One for mocking, but two for disrespecting (TKC) members.

Also, its just a day's ban. its not like the world's going to end. its not like there are ~1500 other servers. A day ban is nothing compared to a week or a month. Or even a permanent. Be happy you have not gotten banned longer.

It is funny that Ikillyou would post this when he was only banned for a day when there are thousand other servers he can play on for a day.

IKillYou (STEAM_0:1:22494696) has been TKing in Flem's room in base around 1:30 Pm EST. He Tk-ed me twice, another guy once, and Wind Blades once. He was laughing about it and he was blaming it on Kadir. Really, he was aiming orbs at Kadir trying to TK him will Kadir was waiting for health. I lost 100 points because I got killed out of base, and was spawn killed a lot outside. I know spawn killing is allowed and all, but that 100 points was half of the points and a rank position I had built up over an hour of work. And it was gone in a couple of minutes.

Spawn killing is just a part of dm_sniper. It would be too hard to control so it is allowed.

As for tk'ing, i'm assuming there were not admins around?

No there were no admins as the room was full. I tried to chat DontHurtMe, but he did not respond.

I banned him for 3 days. This is not normal procedure because TK'ing needs to be verified as it is easy to tk on accident. I went ahead and ban him because he has a bit of a history with other problems such as team switching and ignoring admins.

Thank you T3. There are many people that can back the story up (Kadir, Wind Blades, possibly Iso-Infinity). I never will fake a story when it is serious like this.

there were alot of people TKing me before that game and i ignored it and one of them was from Nacho himself so why is he reporting me when he and his other friend Kadeer TKied me more than once

I do not remember TKing you. I was shooting orbs in to the garage. One of those may have hit you. I was doing nothing intentional.

I'm at work and don't have time to 'warn' you. We've had problems with you in the past so this is what happens. You break server rules, you get banned. You do not deserve the benefit of doubt because you are a repeat offender.

We will run our servers as we please and allow those who follow our rules to play. You do not follow rules and therefore do not deserve to play on TKC servers. Go find some other server to play on that doesn't have rules and allows people to do whatever they wish... oh yeah, there aren't any popular servers like that.
