Because all I have is the word of someone who has been banned before... that's not good enough.

but i have been banned before for not that big of a deal and nacho was banned too
i have been banned 2 times for all this year not more not less and today is my third time

All TK'ers will eventually meet their fate and will be banned. If those guys are tking they will be caught and I have just instructed the admins to ban for 1 month when someone TK's for any reason, other than accident. So if you get TK'ed and think you should TK the person who did it, BIG mistake.

If these guys are caught later on down the line, they will have a much harsher punishment than you. And I am about to increase Kadir's ban to 3 days like yours because he has been caught as well. His will be the LAST 3 day ban for this for a while.. so he should consider himself lucky as well....

but this is not the first time i got problems with nacho
he keeps on lying, TKing and randomly trying to get me in trouble
he told me how to go to spec mode and i didnt know it was against the rules to go to spec mode
he didint tell me but he did tell me nothing is going to happen so i did go to spec mode and i got banned for 4 hours

Maybe he was just trying to help you get into spectate because you asked how.. how would I know?

Jeez.
1.) I never ever Tked you on purpose at all anytime today or after the incident that occurs on 6.16.
2.) I do not lie. I am stating the truth and the events as I saw them. I really want to be a part of (TKC). Why would I lie now and wreck it all for myself?
3.) I never TKed MLB or you today. You even said that the TK on MLB was from KADIR. Why are you changing your story? Changing stories like you have shows a physiological pattern of you lying.
4.) Be happy that you are not being banned for a month as T3 has recommended to the admins. 3 days is nothing compared to a month or life ban. Just ask ghost.

5.) LukeinCanada told you how to spectate, not me. Dont blame stuff like that on me. (He told him on 6.15, even rune was there, I was there too)

This is all I will say. I am finished talking about this. I stated the facts and T3 took the action he thought was appropriate. All I wish to do is play on the (TKC) servers in peace. Well, as much peace you can get on a violent video game.
