That might be annoying but it's not entrapment.

Entrapment is when you are lured into doing something illegal. The cop pretending to be broken down is not luring you into speeding.

I'm no legal expert but maybe a better example would be if a plain clothes officer pulled up next to you in a hot rod and challenged you to a street race. Then you take off and he pulls you over for racing/speeding.

Idk the details, but it happened to my friends father.. he told the officer as soon as he pulled him over and the cop lte him go. :icon_cool:
