Well in the comments the admin says it was NOT ghost. I will look in sourcebans some more...
I mean it could be this ghost impersonator i suppose.. because that steam id hits only on ghost recon (GAY).

I dont see the two bans I submitted to sourcebans on this guy .. I can log in and fill out the form but the ban doesnt show up ... What am I doing wrong Help please...

That's what I was saying thru the entire thread, that I didn't see the bans you said you put on this person.
If you are having problems banning from the website, are you sure you are logged in?

I just sent you a PM get ahold of me tonight if you have time ... I know im logged in because i can add comments to the bans i generate for with in the servers sm_admin

Ok.
Now I see what you're doing, your using the submit a ban tab. I'm not sure you have access but what you should be doing is clicking the 'admin' tab and then selecting the 'ban' option and then 'add a ban'.
