Flynn and I play BF3 and are looking forward to BF4 as is Kingloser. Cobra and Enix plays with us as do a few others.. some more often than others. Maybe we should try to hold on till BF4, but I still need money to pay bills. I can't keep paying bills out of my own account.

I had the first bill notification fail... it probably went through after I got the $40 transferred into our account, but if you boys don't start donating a little each month, it won't last long.

    Re: Donations

Thanks for the recent donations. With the money we have, we're in good shape for bills for a few months but here is the thing, we need to purchase a BF4 server at game launch. Those servers aren't cheap. I realize that as things stand right now, we could not pay the bill on a BF4 server every month but here is what I want to do..

I want us to sock away enough money to pay for a BF4 server for TWO MONTHS. The first two months after the game releases. We are already recruiting for BF4, but during those first two months people are going to be joining clans like crazy. We need to recruit everyone we can and hope that we will get enough new members who donate that we can keep our server after those first two months and be in good shape on the rest of our bills as well.

When I get paid next Friday I am going to slip $50 into our account and I am asking others who haven't donated just recently, to find $5, $10, $20, whatever you can afford and donate again. I figure we need to have $200 extra dollars on top of probably another $100 in order to comfortably purchase a BF4 server for two months and pay the rest of our bills. Lets make sure our paypal account has $300 in it by Oct 20th.

This is the kind of stuff we have to do as a clan to survive and thrive. Please find a way to help us meet our goal so come Oct 31st, TKC members are playing BF4 on TKC servers.

    Thanks.

    Re: Donations

I went ahead and matched knightwolf's $80 instead of the $50 I said I would move. That puts us halfway to our goal, however more bills will hit before Oct 15th, so we probably need another $200 in donations.

First.. what are you having done in the hospital? U haven't told me anything.
Second.. thanks. I'm really hoping we can keep the donations going and find some more members to help us support a BF4 server beyond the first couple of months. I'd like to be able to keep it until we don't need it any more. :)

BTW, I was blowing that building at the first base (Damavand Peak) with C4 tonight in your honor. Actually I'm trying to get that last multi-kill. First time I got 3 baddies and 1 friendly. Next time I got 2 baddies and Kingloser. :(

It didn't work out for me, but that seems like it's going to be the easiest way to get it. Just hope I don't piss everyone off with the tk's. hahah

Well the 2 Buildings in Damavand Peak are good spots. But the Best Spot is 2nd to the Last Mcoms in the Tunnels.. i Plan 2 Charges space out and 2 more Charges in each space out 20 meters to do Max Damage.. hehe.

No in the Hospital now for some type of Tumor or Growth that is pressing against my Spinal Cord causing issues with my legs having muscle weakness and tingling / numbness in the lower legs and feet. Got 3 different Specialist working on me Monday when i go into Surgery.. Just going to Laid up for a Couple weeks after that.. So i will be back online Causing Mayhem & Mischief on BF4 release days hehe..

I always look at life as a glass that half full waiting for me to fill it the rest of the way up.
So have a positive outlook on everything will workout in the end 8).

But heading in around noon tomorrow for surgery going for 3-4 hrs or possibly longer if the tumor is non-cancerous so it can be fully removed if the get the biopsy before the 1st set of surgeons are done.

    Re: Donations

Ok everyone what the biopsy has come back with is multiple myeloma. Is a type of cancer formed by malignant plasma cells. Normal plasma cells are found in the bone marrow and are an important of the immune system. There are treatments using bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell transplant . They would harvest my marrow from a good section of the body before destroying the marrow with chemo or radiation to basically reset the body's marrow back to factory. Then they would transplant the harvested good marrow back in again. It is treatable and not a death sentence . Usually the risk increase in those over the age of 65 male and if African American descent . But since I'm only 45 I have a higher survival rate of living into my 70 or more who know we all can't live for ever which would be nice.

Well hoping to get some more news today as when I can get out of here and back home and work soon enough. Laying around in a bed may sound great but it is a big time PITA!! I have to be moving around doing things I'm a work alcoholic have to be trinketing with some stuff. Hehe well that is the update for now . Post more info as I get it.
