Not sure if anyone is interested but today the Rosetta Philae probe successfully deployed it's lander and Touched down on Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimentko 317 Millions miles away. Historically, this isn't the first Comet encounter with a space probe, but it is the first time a probe was sent to orbit a comet, and land on it to explore it. Here is a link to the European Space Agency website for anyone interested: http://www.esa.int/Our_Activities/Space ... s_on_comet
or you can watch the history channel at 9pm eastern as I'm sure they will have some interesting live mission information (supposedly).
