Dragonrage217 wrote:usually not unless you purchased that warranty but some companies are nicer than others. on side point i am glad they are now going to work on it most of the time what they do is set the 2 week time frame because there rma division has to go through all the checks to make sure it is dead and than they will replace the bios chip if that is dead and than they will test it again and again to make sure it is alive now. they than repackage it up and ship it out usually flat rate as to not cost them an arm and a leg to get it back to you. if they cant make work than they will ship you a new one and that will be faster sometimes.
