i tried the stock fan and played bf3 and cpu temp went from 30 to 80 C degree, so i put the cooler master hyper 212 plus and i played bf3 and cpu went from 27 to 45 C degree is that normal ?

Yeah those were my average temps when I has the 212+

intel stock fans are junk. so those temps are normal.
